I call my business “The Hitter’s Discipline” because I believe every hitter can improve through discipline.
The Discipline of Practice – through proper practice the swing can become fundamentally sound and will better withstand the ups and downs of a season. The Discipline of the Preparation– with a game plan and planned approach for every at bat you can maximize your ability in competition. The Discipline of Self-Talk – Baseball is an emotional game. Reprogramming the voice that is always at work in your head allows you to be successful and in-control .
